U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Awards Nearly $3 Million to North Dakota

BISMARCK – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced the allocation of nearly $3 million to North Dakota for various health-related projects and initiatives.

Spectra Health has been granted $1,924,581 through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Health Center Cluster grant program. This funding aims to support community health centers across the country.

In addition, the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services will receive $1,055,244 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This grant is designated to bolster the state’s efforts in tobacco prevention and control.

These allocations highlight the federal government's commitment to improving healthcare services and public health initiatives in North Dakota."
